A very Happy New Year to all our readers.
In 2025, we've been grateful to watch TRIBBUTE's continued growth, including a 25% increase in our client portfolio. That growth included the addition of client partners in media, spa and skin care services, e-commerce brands in apparel, outdoor, automotive, and motorcycle equipment. Seeing this range expand has been both energizing and affirming, especially in a moment where adaptability and focus matter more than ever.
Of course, we remain thankful and humbled by our continued >90% client-partner retention rate that is almost unheard of in our industry. The client-partner growth and stability have come alongside something we value just as highly, continuity. The same dedicated team and the same critical vendor partners continue to do the thoughtful, consistent work that our client partners need and expect from Tribbute. In a period where change is often the default, we don’t take that steadiness for granted, and we are deeply appreciative of the people who contribute to TRIBBUTE's success and make our clients' growth possible.
While many signs in our industry and business are encouraging, we should also acknowledge that the past year has not been without its challenges. For many of our partners, uncertainty around tariffs and international trade across North America has been real. The challenges are affecting costs, and just as importantly, testing a sense of stability.
While none of us can control or confidently predict how quickly these issues will resolve, we’ve been encouraged by how openly and collaboratively our partners have navigated the challenges. Looking ahead to 2026, we believe that in several categories we are most active in, there are opportunities for greater stability and a stronger footing as trade conditions continue to evolve.
Of course, an even bigger challenge and opportunity we all face is the rapid evolution of AI, not just as a technology, but as part of the media mix our clients’ customers and prospects increasingly rely on.
TRIBBUTE has been working closely with many partners to help create and optimize the signals that shape how their brands and products surface within large AI-driven chat and answer platforms. That work is still developing, but it’s already reinforcing the importance of clarity, consistency, and intent as brands communicate across all digital media channels.
As we look ahead to 2026 for TRIBBUTE, our partners, and our team, we’re both excited and clear-eyed about what lies ahead. Changes will continue to bring new opportunities alongside challenges. Even if we can't always predict exactly how we can advance TRIBBUTE'S mission, we do know that we’re grateful to be in a position to keep learning, working alongside thoughtful partners and our team while doing our part to help make the most of the days, weeks, and months to come.
