With a background in traditional print and media advertising that began in 1997 and transitioned to digital advertising in 2004, Kelly's focus at TRIBBUTE is defining success with client partners and creating strategic plans that ensure digital investments in media result in value for all TRIBBUTE's clients.

As co-founder of TRIBBUTE and head of operations and client success, Kelly closely collaborates with clients to understand their individual businesses' expectations, requirements, and nuances. This ensures that all digital campaigns and plans are strategically aligned to target audiences or customers. Nothing is more exciting for him than understanding a client partner's business and developing an online strategy that maximizes the benefits of a digital investment.

Kelly's expertise lies in client relationship development, data-driven analysis, and strategic planning skills gained from various professional roles throughout his career. Before TRIBBUTE, he was responsible for operations at Vantage Media, one of Southern California's largest performance marketing agencies specializing in lead generation and experimentation-based optimizations for prominent US brands. Before that, he held positions at a major Manitoba telecommunications company, an IT consultancy, and Canada's largest agricultural publisher.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Kelly still resides there with his wife (also named Kelly) and their two adult children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, reading, illustrating, and taking long walks with his camera for photography. Kelly is a comic book enthusiast and can often be found in a local shop on the weekends.
